Terms of Service

By creating an account or using HireBDS (hirebds.com), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Do not post unlawful, discriminatory, misleading or offensive content.
• Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to break into the site, or use it to send spam.
• Do not impersonate another person or company.

Job postings and scams

Job postings must be genuine vacancies. You may not charge job seekers any fee to apply, be interviewed or be hired, ask for payment details or sensitive identity documents before a real offer, or use postings for recruitment scams, pyramid schemes or data harvesting. We may remove postings and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Employer responsibilities

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their postings, for complying with employment, anti-discrimination and data protection laws, and for using candidate information only for recruitment. Employers act independently; HireBDS is not a party to any employment relationship.

Job seeker responsibilities

Job seekers are responsible for the truth of their profiles, CVs and applications. We do not guarantee interviews or employment.

Company reviews

Logged-in job seekers may post anonymous reviews of employers. Reviews are visible only to logged-in users and appear only after we have checked them. A review must be your own truthful, first-hand experience: do not post false statements, accusations against named people, insults, personal or contact details, or anything defamatory or unlawful. We moderate reviews and may reject or remove any review at our discretion. Your name is not shown to employers or other users, but we store the author of each review and may disclose that identity to the police, a court or another authority where the law requires it. If you are a business or individual and believe a review is inaccurate or unlawful, send a takedown request through our contact page and we will look at it promptly.

Content ownership

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant HireBDS a limited licence to host, display and transmit it as needed to run the service, including sharing your applications with the employers you apply to. The design, software and branding of the site belong to us or our licensors.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not verify every posting or user and are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of any application. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the previous 12 months.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm others or the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country of the site you use.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
